My experience in theatre has given me a strong awareness of the body in motion, while yoga has shaped my approach to breath, presence, and intentional movement. My classes focus on building strength, stability, and control, while encouraging a deeper connection to the body in a welcoming and supportive space.

My name is Karolina, and I was born and raised in Poland. My Pilates journey began as a way to counteract the effects of a sedentary lifestyle and stress. After qualifying in Poland and teaching Mat classes, I moved to the UK where I completed my full comprehensive training. My classes blend traditional Pilates principles with a refined, contemporary approach to improve strength, mobility, control, and body awareness.
