These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website (www.ruloclubs.com), the
BSport mobile application, and any related online booking or membership management
systems (together, the “Digital Services”).
These Terms apply in addition to our General Terms & Conditions and form part of your
overall agreement with Rulo Clubs.
Rulo Clubs (the “Studio”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by Frontcourt Chesham Limited,
registered in England and Wales under company number 16539210, with registered office at
Unit 8‐9 Aerial Park, Asheridge Road, Chesham HP5 2ZE.

You must register an account to book classes or purchase memberships.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all
activity under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or use of your account.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms or misuse of our
platform.
At registration, we collect:
Full name, email address, password (encrypted), date of birth, sex, and phone number
Health declaration and emergency contact information
Marketing preferences (optional)
Acceptance of our General Terms, Privacy Policy, and Liability Waiver
Billing address may be requested for payment processing.
We process all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website
and within the BSport app.
You agree not to:
Use the Digital Services for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
Access, alter, or attempt to breach system security or code
Upload, share, or publish content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes others’ rights
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) for any reason
Interfere with other users’ access or experience
Our class booking, payment, and membership management are powered by BSport.
By using the BSport app, you also agree to BSport’s own Terms of Service and Privacy
Policy, accessible within that platform.
We are not liable for the operation, maintenance, or performance of the BSport platform.
We aim to keep our Digital Services available at all times but do not guarantee
uninterrupted or error‐free access.
Access may be suspended or limited for maintenance, updates, or events beyond our
control. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from temporary unavailability of our
Digital Services.
Our website and app may contain links to third‐party websites. These links are provided for
convenience only, and we do not endorse, monitor, or accept responsibility for their content
or policies.
All content, materials, and information within our website, app, advertising, and online
communications — including logos, photography, videos, design, and instructional materials
— are the property of Rulo Clubs or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, or commercially exploit any such material without
our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rulo Clubs and its associated companies, employees,
or agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from your use of
— or inability to use — the Digital Services.
This includes loss of data, interruption of business, or damages caused by service
downtime.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall
be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
